Yes — the Ishasha sector in the south is famous for lions resting in fig and acacia trees. Sightings are common but not guaranteed on every drive.

A two-hour boat trip on the channel linking Lake Edward and Lake George. Hippos, buffalo, elephants, and hundreds of bird species gather along the banks — a highlight of any QENP visit.
